1.  About the MS Hemp Coalition

The Southern Hemp Coalition of MS is the premier advocacy and educational nonprofit dedicated to providing pertinent information on the hemp industry in Mississippi.

Our goal is to provide year-round representation at our State’s Capitol and advocate for better hemp regulation that will allow our industry to grow and contribute to economic development in our state. However, to achieve these goals, we rely on the support and involvement of our community.

All content on this website is provided in support of that mission.

All donations are generally non-refundable. If a donation was made in error, contact us at mssouthernhempcoalition@gmail.com within 7-10 days. Requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

We use third-party payment processor. By donating, you also agree to their terms and privacy practices. We do not store or handle credit card numbers.

4.  Charitable Solicitation Compliance (Mississippi)

The MS Hemp Coalition complies with requirements under the Mississippi Charitable Solicitations Act, including registration or exemption as required by the Mississippi Secretary of State.
